The extent to which project results correspond to what was planned at the application stage can vary depending on various factors, including project complexity, external factors, and project management practices. Here's an overview of how project results and priorities are linked:

During the application stage, project planning involves defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. It also includes identifying project priorities, such as specific goals, target outcomes, or strategic focus areas. These priorities guide the project's overall direction and shape the expectations for its results.

At the beginning we have defined clear and measurable objectives: At the outset of the project, it is essential to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives. This ensures that the objectives are well-defined and provide a basis for assessment.

We have achieved in a very positive way to enhance the knowledge of cultural and historical aspects of other countries to value them, to respect them with the relations between the member countries of the project.

It was very enriching to promote equity, social cohesion, active and tolerant citizenship and well-being by getting closer to other cultures, social realities and other countries.

Knowing, valuing and enhancing our own heritage as a form of personal and social enrichment has been one of the key objectives that have been achieved in a very positive way.

We have been able to promote new methodologies based on active methodologies and learning spaces, especially after having overcome the setback caused by the pandemic. The development of intercultural skills and the ability to express ideas in different contexts means that students are able to develop and reinforce linguistic-communicative competences, firstly, virtually due to COVID and then in person.

We have succeeded in promoting inclusive education by reinforcing the European dimension of education through school exchanges.

education through the school exchanges proposed between the schools participating in this project, achieving the values of tolerance and respect for diversity, i.e., thus moving towards an inclusive education.
